Meet Our Leadership Team:


Jin Kang – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jin Kang is Chief Executive Officer of WidePoint Corporation and serves as a Director of the Company. Mr. Kang is also the founder of WidePoint Integrated Solutions Corp. (formerly known as iSYS, LLC), which he started in 1999 and served as its President and CEO until 2017. Mr. Kang successfully managed the subsidiary from inception to a company with gross revenues of $24 million when acquired by WidePoint in 2008.

Mr. Jin Kang has more than 30 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate management, technology management, business development, and financial management in the field of Information Technology. He is a recognized expert in the field of trusted mobility management (TM2) for both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Jin Kang has held senior management positions with several of the world’s leading technology corporations and has held key leadership positions on high-profile government programs including the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), Defense Medical Information Systems/Systems Integration, Design Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS), and the Defense Blood Standard System (DBSS).

Mr. Kang has a successful operations track record and proven ability to drive growth and maximize profitability of an organization. Mr. Kang received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

Jason Holloway – President, WidePoint Global and Chief Revenue Officer

Jason Holloway is a results-driven technology executive with more than 35 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, process improvement, and business continuity.

Mr. Holloway currently serves as the President of WidePoint Global as well as Chief Revenue Officer. At WidePoint, he has been a key member of a multi-year turnaround that transformed the company from disconnected divisions to one fully integrated solution, bringing the highest certifications and accreditations of Cybersecurity and Secured Communications in the world. Beginning in 2017 as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, his commercial strategy, portfolio refocus, and operational restructuring helped drive sustained double-digit top-line growth, consistent EBITDA positivity, significant margin expansion, and the elimination of corporate debt.

He guided sales and delivery on multiple marquee contracts and large-scale programs, including WidePoint’s two-time incumbent, single-award DHS CWMS contract—where WidePoint serves as the System of Record on a contract valued at $754 million—the U.S. Postal Service engagement covering approximately 35,000 locations, the U.S. Census 2020 Decennial Device as a Service (the largest mobility project in the U.S. at the time), and System of Record services for one of the U.S. ‘s top three carriers. Mr. Holloway also standardized sales and delivery processes, shifted the product mix toward higher-margin managed services and subscription offerings, and executed strategic partnerships and integrations to accelerate capability and recurring revenue. He regularly supports investor relations alongside the CEO through IR conferences, public speaking, and financial analyst Q&A.

After an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force, Mr. Holloway was recruited to lead Networked Knowledge Systems (NKS) as President and CEO; Mr. Holloway scaled the Linux-based managed security business, growing top-line revenue 800% to $63 million in five years while delivering enterprise security services to the healthcare and finance sectors. He later co-founded Nexcentri, and as President and CEO, grew the company from its inception to $500 million in revenue while providing cybersecurity, product development, and managed IT services to the credit union industry and international banking.

Mr. Holloway combines deep technical credibility with commercial rigor, translating complex security and PKI capabilities into scalable, customer-facing services. He brings extensive vertical experience across government, finance, transportation, healthcare, entertainment, and manufacturing, and a proven track record of scaling teams, winning enterprise contracts, and driving predictable, margin-enhancing growth.

Robert “Bob” George – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Robert “Bob” George is Chief Financial Officer of WidePoint Corporation. Mr. George brings more than 30 years of diverse business experiences ranging from entrepreneurial companies to publicly traded multinational corporations to the Company. Prior to his appointment, Mr. George served as CFO of Exovera LLC, a SOS International subsidiary.

Mr. George has extensive tenure in strategic planning, financial forecasting and analysis, financial systems design and implementation, and building and managing successful finance teams and organizations. Areas of expertise also include domestic and international taxation; US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley matters; and US Federal Government contracting matters (e.g., FAR and CAS requirements).

Mr. George’s prior experience also includes executive roles at Exelis Incorporated, Computer Sciences Corporation, OAO Technology Solutions Inc., and AppNet Systems Inc. As a Corporate Development executive at these various companies, Mr. George led all aspects of the merger and acquisition process resulting in closing 32 transactions in all major geographies of the world totaling $3.4 billion in transaction value.

Mr. George graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Ian Sparling – Chief Operating Officer, International and CEO of Soft-ex Communications, LTD.

Mr. Ian Sparling is WidePoint’s Chief Operating Officer, International. Mr. Sparling is a performance-driven leader with extensive corporate experience and a strong track record of delivering results in a wide variety of international business environments. Prior to his appointment as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, International and CEO of Soft-ex Communications, LTD., Mr. Sparling served as the CEO of Soft-ex, a position held since 2006 having previously held the position of CFO 2001 to 2005.

Mr. Sparling served as Group Financial Controller of Fitzwilton Plc from 1993 to 2001 and qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC in 2000. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree along with a post graduate in finance, from University College Dublin, and recently qualified as a Chartered Director with the IOD. He also holds a Diploma in International Selling from the Technological University Dublin. With a keen interest in both Strategy and Leadership, Mr. Sparling is a guest lecturer for a number of MBA programs.

Todd Dzyak – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Todd Dzyak is Chief Operating Officer of WidePoint Corporation. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Dzyak served as the President of WidePoint Integrated Solutions Corp. (WISC), focusing on Managed Mobility Services (MMS) and Telecom Management solutions. Mr. Dzyak led the company’s efforts to secure major contracts with the GSA Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Wireless Telecommunications Expense Management (WTEM) Contract in 2008, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS) Blanket Purchase Agreement in 2012, and the DHS CWMS 2.0 recompete in 2020. Mr. Dzyak also helped secure the teaming agreement with CDW-G to support the U.S. Census 2020 Decennial Device as a Service Contract. This WidePoint achievement was the largest managed mobility contract ever awarded. This agreement included 600,000 devices which were part of a complex device lifecycle program. The devices were deployed, tracked and returned for the door-to-door enumeration phase of the Census during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Todd Dzyak has worked in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry since its inception. He has implemented and managed TEM programs for Fortune 100 companies including General Motors and DaimlerChrysler as well as numerous government agencies. Mr. Dzyak earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
