The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting our neighbors, country, and the world in unprecedented ways. With the safety of our staff and clients our top priority, WidePoint is working on multiple fronts to fulfill our mission of delivering solutions that support our nation’s most critical organizations as they combat this global challenge.
WidePoint developed Trusted Mobility Management (TM2) to serve the mobile workforce and secure the mobile environment. As remote work becomes the new normal for millions across the country including many members of our team, TM2 will continue to power enterprise mobility. WidePoint’s TM2 solutions – Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS), Identity Management (IdM), and Digital Billing and Analytics – are supporting the vital work of numerous healthcare enterprises and frontline government agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), among others. WidePoint is honored to be supporting these agencies at this critical time and expanding our services as needed.
Our solutions are providing the access, visibility, and accountability that enable workers and organizations to operate effectively. All of our commercial and government enterprise clients are being protected, supported, and empowered by TM2. Our operations center and help desk are implementing plans and procedures designed to enhance service and mitigate stress. Each day, our leaders are responding to local and national developments to ensure the safety of our team and the continuity of business. We are relatively well prepared to operate under the conditions caused by this pandemic as much of our staff can work remotely. We are open for business, and we are ready, able, and committed to delivering our services and products for our customers.
