Steve Komar
Director, Chairman of the Board and CEO
Mr. Komar is a retired Executive Vice President of Fiserv,
Inc., a financial services company that provides data processing
services, software, and related products to the financial industry.
Mr. Komar was responsible for Fiserv's Treasury and Cash Management,
Mortgage Banking, and Government Services sectors. He has
also held senior management positions with CitiGroup and Viacom,
with responsibilities ranging from mergers & acquisitions
through senior management positions. Mr. Komar is a graduate
of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Accounting and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from
Pace University.

James T. McCubbin
Director, Vice President / Chief Financial Officer, Secretary
and Treasurer
Mr. McCubbin is the Vice President and C.F.O. He has 15 years
of financial management experience. He has held various positions
in a wide range of activities from venture capital to financial
management with Marmac Investments., Memtec Corp., McBee Consulting,
Ernst & Young, and Martin Marietta Corp. before joining CSI as
its Corporate Controller in 1996. In August of 1998, Mr. McCubbin
was appointed as the C.F.O. of ZMAX Corporation (WidePoint's Parent)
and joined its Board of Directors in December of 1998. Mr. McCubbin
earned a Master's Degree in International Business and a B.S.
in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Mark Mirabile
Business Manager
Mr. Mirabile has over 20 years of information technology experience
at both the executive and technical levels. Mr. Mirabile joined
WidePoint through its acquisition of Eclipse Information Systems
(EIS) where he was Vice President and responsible for major aspects
of the companies operations, strategic plan and account management.
He was a major contributor to EIS's growth to a $8.5m company.
Mr. Mirabile started his career as a computer operations analyst
and rapidly advanced to manager of information systems before
joining EIS. Mr. Mirabile has an Associate degree in Applied Science-Accounting
from Daley Community College in Chicago.

Daniel
Turissini
President and CEO ORC and CTO WidePoint
Mr. Turissini has served as the Vice President and Chief Technology
Officer of WidePoint since December 2005. Mr. Turissini has also
served as the Chief Executive Officer of Operational Research
Consultants, Inc. ("ORC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, since our
acquisition of ORC on October 25, 2004. Mr. Turissini was a founding
partner of ORC in 1991 and served as ORC's Chief Operations Officer
since its inception. From 1982 until 1991, Mr. Turissini held
various systems engineering and acquisition management positions
in support of the U.S. Federal Government with a variety of companies
including Tracor Applied Sciences, Inc., National Technologies
Associates, Inc., and Gibbs and Cox, Inc. From 1981 to 1982, Mr.
Turissini served in the Merchant Marine on various vessels as
Engineer and Mate. Mr. Turissini is a graduate of the United States
Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
and holds a Masters of Engineering Administration from The George
Washington University.
Jin Kang
President of iSYS
Mr. Kang is President and CEO of WidePoint subsidiary iSYS, LLC. He founded the company in 1999 and has successfully managed the company from its inception to expected annual revenues of $18M in 2007. Mr. Kang has over 20 years of professional experience in the Federal Government Information Technology Services field. Prior to starting iSYS, Mr. Kang was a Division Manager for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). His responsibilities included the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), a marquee program for the FBI Laboratory Division. As the Engineering Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation, Mr. Kang played a critical role in the successful management of the Defense Medical Information Systems/Systems Integration, Design Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS) contract from its inception with zero revenues to a program of $190M in sales. He had management responsibility for all personnel and contract performance for the D/SIDDOMS contract for U.S. Health Affairs. Mr. Kang received a Bachelor and a Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
